HOW YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER

Depending on the time of year and the height of the plant, some plants, in particular perennials and grasses may be cut back before shipping. We are limited on the maximum height a parcel can be for shipping via our couriers and some plants may simply be too delicate to send in full flower.

Please remember a plant's appearance is seasonal. The images we show on the website are illustrative of that plant's features and not necessarily how that plant will look when you receive it! The height and spread measurements indicated are an estimate of the plant's ultimate size and not the size of the plant supplied.

DELIVERY

UK NATIONWIDE DELIVERY 

We aim to ship orders within 7-10 working days.

We dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Wednesdays via DPD on a next-day service for.

Please note though that Bank Holidays may mean a slight delay in shipping in order to ensure the quality of the plants you receive.

Note: pre-orders for bare root peonies are shipped from October.

We cannot ship to the EU

LOCAL HOME DELIVERY

We offer local home delivery within a 15 mile radius of Langport. Select Local Delivery at the checkout and this will prompt a postcode checker. Enter your postcode to see if you quailfy for home delivery. 

Delivery charges for Local Home Delivery are as follows:

• TA10 postcodes - Free
• Other postcodes within 15 mile radius - £10.00 per order or free for orders over £100

CLICK & COLLECT

Select the Click & Collect option at the checkout. You can order through the website and collect from us once your order is ready. Please wait until we have emailed you to let you know your order is ready to collect. 

All the plants we offer through the website are available as Click & Collect. This is not to say that all plants are available immediately from the plant centre as we do use a network of local specialist growers where we source plants from in addition to those we grow on our own nursery, enabling us to be able to offer you a much broader selection.
