Does Kelways offer free delivery?

We offer local home delivery within a 15 mile radius of Langport. Select Local Delivery at the checkout and this will prompt a postcode checker. Enter your postcode to see if you quailfy for home delivery. 

Delivery charges for Local Home Delivery are as follows:

  • TA10 postcodes - Free
  • Other postcodes within 15 mile radius - £10.00 per order or free for orders over £100

Is there a Cafe at the Garden Centre?

Yes, and Corks Cafe | Bistro is well worth a visit! 

Opening Times : Tuesday to Saturday 9am-4pm and Sundays 10am-4pm.

You can call Corks on 01458 253352 to make a booking. 

 

 


When can I expect to receive my order?

UK NATIONWIDE DELIVERY

We aim to ship orders within 7-10 working days maximum.

We dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Wednesdays via DPD on a next-day service.

Please note though that Bank Holidays may mean a slight delay in shipping in order to ensure the quality of the plants you receive.

Note: pre-orders for bare root peonies are shipped from October.

We cannot ship to the EU

CLICK & COLLECT

Select the Click & Collect option at the checkout. You can order through the website and collect from us once your order is ready. Please wait until we have emailed you to let you know your order is ready to collect. 


Can you find a specific plant for me?

We will gladly see if we can source specific plants for you that you cannot find available on the website. Simply drop us an email to sales@kelways.co.uk and we will search through our trusted specialist suppliers to see if we can help.

Please be aware that this may take a little longer than the usual lead time, so we ask that you allow up to 14 days for delivery from the date of ordering. Some plants may take longer depending on seasonal availability.

We use an extensive network of specialist growers to help us source the best plants available. And if we cannot find a specific plant for you, you will gladly help point you in the right direction of someone else who might be able to help.


Do you offer a contract-growing service?

Yes! We contract-grow thousands of plants every year for numerous projects across the country, for both private residences and commercial projects and of course, for the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, among others.

If you would like us to contract grow for any of your projects, please email us at sales@kelways.co.uk with as much information as you can about the project and we will happily discuss it with you.

Please include such information as full plant lists including sizes and specifications, delivery location and anticipated installation dates, as well as any other information you feel may be of help, and we will get back to you with what we can offer.


Do you sell garden furniture?

Sorry, but we do not sell garden furniture. Our garden centre is primarily plant-based but we do sell a range of composts, plant foods and general sundries as well as outdoor pots.
