An excellent perennial with flat clusters of terracotta flowers from late spring and throughout summer which fade to yellow as the season progresses. Achilleas dislike damp soils, so are best planted in well-drained soil towards the back of the border where the flat flowerheads will seemingly hover above the plants in the foreground.
