Wonderful peony supplied to Jo Thompson's 2013 Chelsea garden, and also to Andy Stugeon's 2012 Chelsea garden.
(White-Wild 1954) This astonishing peony is a result of a cross between P.lactiflora and P.mlokosewitschi. The result is a peony hybrid producing single pale lemon blooms with a bright golden centre. Very early flowering usually in Early May. Broad green leaves making this plant instantly recognizable even when not in flower. A singularly beautiful peony which is quite slow growing but absolutely worth the wait. Height approx 85cm.
