Changes to Shipping re Coronavirus
In light of the issues around Coronavirus we have made some changes to our shipping processes. In order to help those who might be affected by self-isolation and to enable you to at least enjoy your garden while you cannot go out, we are offering free delivery on all orders over £35.00 to mainland UK addresses. There is still a charge for Highlands and Islands as well as EU countries, though we have made some reductions in these charges.
There will be no need to sign for deliveries. They can be left in a safe place if you give us that information in the Delivery Instructions box. Our couriers will NOT ask you to sign for any deliveries. Instead they will use a special code to sign on your behalf, so you do not need to sign the handheld terminals they carry.
Whilst we will do everything we can to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, we cannot foresee potential future problems as the virus spreads which may result in inevitable delays. We will do our best to keep you informed on any changes that may affect deliveries. Please refer to our page on Coronavirus which you can see here:
In addition to this, local customers can call us, email or pop into the garden centre if you are able and we can arrange free home delivery on all items available in the garden centre including pots and compost.
Changes around the EU may happen on a daily basis. We will do our best to keep the above link updated accordingly, though please check your own government's information with regards deliveries. If we deem that deliveries to the EU may be significantly delayed at any time, we will cease shipping there until the situation changes. We will of course contact you if you have an outstanding order that we may not be able to ship as planned. We will happily look after your plants until you are in a position to take receipt of them, or we will arrange a refund if you prefer.
Order fulfilment and shipment
Orders that include seasonally available field grown peonies, will be shipped in their entirety, as soon as these plants are harvested, which is from October until the end of February. If you are ordering field grown peonies as well as other items between March-September, but don't want to wait until October for shipping, it is best to use the SPLIT DELIVERY option, and you will receive, and be charged for 2 separate deliveries..
PLEASE NOTE WE CAN ONLY SHIP OUR PRODUCTS TO COUNTRIES AND REGIONS WITHIN THE EU (EUROPEAN UNION).
