Delivery Charges

We aim to ship orders within 5 working days from receipt of order. Orders are shipped using a 2-3 day service.

Our Couriers Fedex, require a signature when delivering a parcel.  If you instruct us that a parcel may be left at your chosen address without a signature then Kelways Plants Limited will take no responsibility for the parcel once it has been left.

Delivery charges for a 2-3 day service, mainland UK are;

Orders less than £10.00.      Delivery £4.95

Orders £10.01- £150.00.     Delivery £9.95

Orders over £150.00.           Delivery £14.95

For Orders to non mainland UK and the EU, please see the delivery cost item at the checkout as the delivery charge depends upon location and size of order.

For delivery outside of the EU, please contact us for an individual quotation.
