Krinkled White

(Brand 1928) A beautiful single white peony, considered to be comparable to the iconic White Wings. As the name suggests the petals are slightly crinkled at the edges. The centre of the flower has a green carpel surrounded by a tuft of bright yellow stamens. This early flowering peony is one of the shorter ones growing to just 80cm or so. A very worthy garden plant? and so crushingly beautiful
