Very hardy, for spring cropping.

Very winter hardy with deep and firm white curds.

One of the first 'spring' cauliflowers.

Good source of vitamin C and folate.

Sow April to May.

Harvest March to April.

Plant 60cm (2ft) apart in well-cultivated, fertile soil.

Brassica oleracea botrytis.

Snap and turn the outer leaves over the heads to protect against frost and sunlight to preserve curd quality.

Available all year.
