Order fulfilment and shipment

We aim to ship orders within 5 working days of receipt.  If your order is required urgently, please let us know and we will do our best to send it sooner.

Orders that include seasonally available field grown peonies,  will be shipped in their entirety, as soon as these plants are harvested, which is from October until the end of March. If you are ordering field grown peonies as well as other items between April-September, but dont want to wait until October for shipping, it is best to make two orders.

Mainland UK

• Shipping charges are calculated by weight as we have found this to be the fairest way of doing it.
• Shipment of packages weighing 1.5Kg or less will be sent by 1st class Royal Mail service. This will normally provide next day delivery.  The cost will be £1.50-£6.95 dependant on weight of goods. The cost is shown in your basket. Typically an order of just seeds, should cost no more than £2.50 for shipping.
• Heavier parcels will be sent by courier on a “Next working day service".  A parcel weighing from 1.5Kg- 10Kg will cost £9.95. A parcel weighing 20Kg will cost £14.95. The cost is shown in your basket
• Shipment of parcels above 20Kg will be slightly more expensive, the shipping cost will be shown in your basket.

Parcels shipped by courier require a signature upon delivery. If you instruct us that a parcel may be left at your chosen address without a signature then Kelways Plants Ltd cannot take responsibility for the parcel once it has been left.

Scottish Highlands & Islands (Shetlands, Orkneys, Hebrides), Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Northern Island, Isle of Man

Shipment is normally a 2-3 working day service. Cost is calculated on weight of goods and will be shown in your basket.

Republic of Ireland and Mainland Europe

Shipment is normally a 3-5 working day service. Cost is calculated on weight of goods and will be shown in your basket.
